Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Preferably a graduate of Gastronomy (Bachelor’s degree), Culinary Arts (Associate degree), or Vocational Culinary High School
- At least 4 years of experience in luxury concept hospitality establishments
- Knowledge of international cuisines, including production, service, and à la carte operations
- Possession of Mastery Certificate, hygiene and sanitation, and/or vocational training certificates
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language (preferably English)
- Actively involved in organization and planning processes
- Guest-oriented with a solution-focused service approach
- Open to professional development and culinary innovations
- Positive, strong communication skills, attentive to diction
- Team-oriented
- Presentable, dynamic, and proactive
