- Preferably graduated from universities’ Tourism and Hotel Management, Communication, or Public Relations departments,
- Fluent in at least two foreign languages (English is mandatory; German or Russian is a strong asset),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in five-star hotels in Guest Relations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar roles,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction with a solution-oriented service approach,
- Team-oriented, able to adapt to a fast-paced and shift-based working environment,
- Excellent communication skills with a professional representation ability,
- High standards of personal grooming and a strong corporate appearance in line with the hospitality industry,
- Open to continuous learning and professional development.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the daily operations of the Guest Relations team,
- Monitoring and developing processes aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction,
- Overseeing VIP and special guest procedures,
- Analyzing guest feedback and ensuring effective coordination with related departments,
- Handling guest complaints and requests efficiently and in line with hotel standards,
- Monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and contributing to team development,
- Ensuring service delivery in compliance with hotel quality standards and brand procedures.
