Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for effectively managing cost control, inventory, and reporting processes throughout the hotel. The role will involve monitoring and analyzing food & beverage and operational costs, ensuring they are kept under control in line with budget targets. The position will work closely with relevant departments to contribute to cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the tourism/hospitality industry,
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and cost control processes,
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong knowledge of inventory, cost control, and reporting processes,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and control skills,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
