Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Preferably a graduate of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts / Culinary School (Bachelor’s degree or Vocational School)
- At least 3–4 years of kitchen experience in luxury-concept establishments
- Knowledgeable about HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Proficient in at least one foreign language (preferably English)
- Able to take an active role in organization and planning processes
- Adopts a guest satisfaction–oriented and solution-focused service approach
- Open to professional development and innovations
- Positive, with strong communication skills and clear diction
- Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable
- Presentable, dynamic, and proactive working mindset
