Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the pastry buffet
• Introducing daily prepared cakes, desserts, and pastry items to guests
• Providing accurate information about product ingredients and allergen content
• Guiding guests with allergies or special dietary preferences to suitable options
• Ensuring buffet layout, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained
• Coordinating guest requests with the kitchen team
• Maintaining active communication with guests with a strong focus on guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Russian language skills are an advantage
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Friendly demeanor with strong representation skills
• Preferably experienced in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or pastry shops
• Knowledge of allergens or willingness to learn
• Team-oriented, responsible, and proactive
