Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or an Associate Degree / Vocational High School diploma in Culinary Arts,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury-concept establishments,
- Knowledgeable in international cuisines, including production, service, and à la carte operations,
- Holds a Mastery Certificate, hygiene and sanitation, and/or professional training certificates,
- Proficient in at least one foreign language (preferably English),
- Actively involved in organization and planning processes,
- Adopts a guest-oriented and solution-focused service approach,
- Open to personal development and professional innovations,
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and clear diction,
- Team-oriented,
- Presentable, dynamic, and proactive.
