Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and create purchase orders when required,
• Provide technical support for spare parts and material procurement using mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge,
• Record all inbound and outbound materials in the system accurately,
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse by categorizing materials correctly,
• Control and follow up inventory movements to ensure stock accuracy,
• Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly or at variable intervals) and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a technical high school, associate degree, or university (relevant fields),
• Proven experience in the technical warehouse department of five-star hotels,
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control systems,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Experienced in using MC inventory management systems,
• Knowledge of periodic inventory counting procedures,
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
